Refund policy

When submitting your order and payment, you've acknowledged that you have reviewed and confirmed your order including flavor, quantity, design, pick-up date, and policies outlined on this website (and elsewhere if purchased in-person). 

The refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Order availability - When submitting payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to pick up the order at a given date and time agreed upon. The estimated availability shown on the website is an ESTIMATE only. Exact time of availability and pick up will be communicated directly by Little Boy Bakery via email or phone. If you do NOT receive communication within 24 hours of placing your order, please call or email us directly.
  • Wedding cake orders - Deposits are strictly NOT refundable. You may cancel cake orders 2 weeks (14 days) prior to pick-up date for partial refund (minus the deposit). You MUST receive confirmation of cancellation via email or text message (MUST BE WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT) from Little Boy Bakery. Otherwise, the order will be fulfilled as scheduled and you will be responsible for full payment.
  • Birthday, event, or standard cake orders - You may cancel cake orders 2 weeks (14 days) prior to pick-up date for full refund. If the cake order is placed within 14 days of the pick-up date, then you are entitled to a partial refund of up to 50% of the total order, at the discretion of Little Boy Bakery. You MUST receive confirmation of cancellation via email or text message (MUST BE WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT) from Little Boy Bakery. Otherwise, the order will be fulfilled as scheduled and you will be responsible for full payment.
  • Pastry orders - You may cancel pastry orders 1 week prior to pick-up date for full refund. If the pastry order is placed within 7 days of pick-up date, then you are entitled to a partial refund of up to 50% of the total order, at the discretion of Little Boy Bakery. You MUST receive confirmation of cancellation via email or text message (MUST BE WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT) from Little Boy Bakery. Otherwise, the order will be fulfilled as scheduled and you will be responsible for full payment.
  • Inspection of content - When you pick up your order, please be sure to inspect the packaged items carefully to make sure all contents are as ordered. Once the packaged order is picked up, then the order will be considered delivered without fault. At this point, no returns or refunds will be accepted. Little Boy Bakery is not responsible for any spoilage that may occur upon leaving the facility, as travel or storage conditions cannot be controlled outside of the facility.
